My professional experience has taught me that good decisions depend on trust, accountability, and clear information. Whether responding to critical incidents, leading teams, or working alongside law enforcement, I've learned that people do their best work when they have confidence in the systems around them.
Today I'm expanding that foundation through a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, combining real-world operational experience with technical skills to build better tools, better processes, and better experiences.
